Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 15 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 15 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• Unused and Unopened: The furniture product must be in its original packaging, unused, and unopened. It should be in the same condition as when it was delivered or received.

• Complete Set: All components, parts, and accessories that were included with the furniture product must be returned together. This includes any screws, bolts, or tools that were provided for assembly.

• No Damage or Wear: The furniture product should not have any signs of damage, wear, stains, scratches, or any other form of deterioration that occurred after the delivery or receipt of the item. It should be in a resalable condition.

• Original Packaging: The furniture product should be returned in its original packaging, which should be intact and undamaged. This includes any protective materials or covers that were included with the product.

Please contact the store where you placed your order. They will be able to help and if necessary be able to use the dedicated service upholstery team to resolve any issue you might have.
